Make a free bird feeder and bird waterer

Tonight I have just made a bird feeder and bird waterer (is that a word?) out of two terracotta saucers I am not using for anything.

I drilled 4 holes into each saucer using a masonry bit and keeping the terracotta wet.

Then using old clothes line I simply put it through the holes and hung in the pepper tree. One saucer is being hung on a hanging basket hook I found in the garden and the other is tied into a clothes hanger.

I need to seal the 4 holes on the bird waterer as the water is running through at the moment.


Now I just wait and see if the birds come...
