Frames to go up Monday

The developer sent an email the other day advising that the frames should be going up Monday. This is fantastic as it has been a slab for so long. It may even require me to go for a drive on Monday night to see if anything has happened to my cottage (as there are a total of 24 being built at the same time) and take photos or I might try and wait until the weekend.

This is the shower head I decided to select and upgrade to for something different!

I never thought I would be so excited about seeing my home loan account $75,000 in debt, but I am very excited. It has only been updated today, which means the slab and the land must have been paid for now...

The home loan is only going to get worst before it gets better too, but I can't wait as when it's at it's highest means I can move in!

Settelement has finally happened!

I started this journey in November 08 and today @ 2.45pm the land and construction has finally settled.

I was scared at one stage it might not happen due to issues with the bank, but it is official. I now own a block of land and a little bit of cement!
