Next Progress Payment - Internal Linings $6475

I'm shocked I just received the bill tonight, I wasn't expecting all the internal linings finished this quickly. More photos to come this weekend. Maybe end of August I will be moving in. Fingers crossed.

A little more progress

The colourbond has started to go on, insulation in and I have a front door, which means it's now all locked up. I forgot to take a picture of the door, next time.

I have a roof now and end date

I went down on the weekend for a meeting with a few of the other cottage owners and found that the roof had been done so here are a few photos.

Last week the builder emailed us all finally giving us an estimated move in date for the cottages. They are hoping for 100% completed by the end of August so fingers crossed. Some cottage owners don't think they will be finished by then, but who knows...

Small changes

Today's visit I found that the verandah has been started, which is the blue bit in the photo. I also found that a lot of the wiring for electrical and hot water had been done. I was hoping for the colourbond roof to be on, but nope not yet. You can see in the background some of the others have been put on.

I think something strange is going on as it pours with rain each time I make my way down there...

Found the chairs

Four chairs and they go really well with the table. I just need to sand back and reupholster the seat. I was so excited I started last night sanding and pulling the seat base apart.

Bimbimbie Cottage - Place of many birds

I like the sound of Bimbimbie Cottage and love the meaning - Place of many birds. I am hoping to plant vegetation to encourage birds to my garden...
